請工程師開發 Oralce 的 store procedure, 遇到存取檔案一直出現錯誤:
29283. 00000 - "invalid file operation%s"
*Cause: An attempt was made to read from a file or directory that does
not exist, or file or directory access was denied by the
operating system.
*Action: Verify file and directory access privileges on the file system,
and if reading, verify that the file exists.進入 Linux 查一下寫入的路徑權限，發現權限已經開到777了，還是不行，看了 Owner / Group 都是 nobody, 把他調成 Oracle 就搞定，結案!
